create a poidh bounty generator mini app

Build a Farcaster Mini App that automatically generates personalized poidh bounties based on a user's Farcaster posting history, then lets them fund and publish the bounty directly on Base.

The goal is simple: someone opens the Mini App, gets a bounty idea that actually fits their interests, tweaks it if they want, chooses how much ETH to put behind it, and creates the bounty without leaving the app.

how it should work

1. analyze the user's Farcaster history

When a user opens the Mini App, use their Farcaster account to analyze their recent posting history and identify topics, communities, projects, hobbies, or other interests they regularly engage with.

The app should use this context to generate a poidh bounty that feels genuinely relevant to that specific user.

The generated bounty should not just repeat one of their posts. It should turn their interests into a clear, actionable challenge that another person could complete and prove.

2. generate the bounty

Automatically generate:

  • a bounty title
  • a complete bounty description
  • clear instructions for what someone must do to claim it

The generated bounty should be specific enough that it could reasonably be published on poidh without further rewriting.

Before publishing, the user must be able to:

  • edit the generated title
  • edit the generated description
  • regenerate the bounty to get a different idea

The user should be able to regenerate as many times as needed before deciding what to publish.

3. choose the bounty amount

Once the user is happy with the bounty, allow them to enter the amount of ETH they want to fund it with.

The Mini App should clearly show:

  • the bounty title
  • the final description
  • the ETH amount being funded

before asking the user to confirm the transaction.

4. create the bounty on poidh

The Mini App must create the bounty directly through the poidh smart contract on Base.

The user should be able to confirm the transaction from within the Mini App using their connected wallet.

The finished product must perform the actual onchain bounty creation transaction. A mockup or prototype that stops before transaction execution does not qualify.

5. show the live bounty

After the transaction succeeds, show the user confirmation that their bounty has been created along with the direct poidh URL for the new bounty.

They should be able to tap the link and immediately view the live bounty on poidh.

requirements

To qualify, the submission must:

  • function as a Farcaster Mini App
  • run on Base
  • identify the current Farcaster user
  • analyze that user's Farcaster posting history
  • generate a personalized poidh bounty based on their apparent interests
  • generate both the bounty title and full description
  • allow the user to manually edit the generated bounty
  • allow the user to regenerate a different bounty
  • allow the user to choose how much ETH to fund the bounty with
  • create the bounty through the poidh smart contract on Base
  • allow the user to sign and submit the required transaction
  • detect successful bounty creation
  • return the correct live poidh bounty URL after creation

The final submission should be a working, publicly accessible Mini App, not just source code or a design.

what matters most

The best version of this should feel almost effortless:

open app → understand me → suggest something fun → fund it → bounty is live

The quality of the bounty generation matters. Generated bounties should feel meaningfully connected to the user's Farcaster activity rather than generic prompts with a username inserted into them.

The transaction flow should also be simple enough that a normal Farcaster user can go from opening the Mini App to having a live poidh bounty in a few clicks.

First valid submission that fully satisfies the requirements wins. 🏆
