You probably know how much I love everything connected to flags. Slowly, one flag at a time, my hand-drawn iPad collection All The Flags Alone has grown to 125 different flags.

You can explore and purchase them here:

Most of the collection consists of country flags—but special milestones deserve something more unexpected. Flag #100 was New York City, and #150 will once again be an exclusive extra flag.

But what will it be?

It will not be another country flag. It might belong to a city or region, come from history—or perhaps even from a fantasy world. That remains my secret for now!

How to participate

1. Make a new purchase of any flag from All The Flags Alone after this bounty begins.

2. Submit your POIDH claim with proof of your purchase.

3. Tell us your personal story about the flag you chose. Why did you choose it? Do you have a connection to its country or city, its colors, its design, its history—or simply to a feeling that it gives you?

4. Guess which exclusive flag will become #150! Try to name the exact flag—or guess the country, region, city or fantasy world it could come from.

The claim with the best personal story combined with the closest guess will win the bounty!

Multiple new purchases and multiple claims are possible—and very welcome. But remember: only purchases made after the bounty begins will count.

The bounty pot grows with you!

For every 10 valid new claims, half of the value of those 10 flag purchases will be added to the POIDH bounty pot.

So every new story brings us closer to Flag #150—and makes the final reward grow.

Choose your flag, tell us why it belongs to you, and make your best guess:
