We need a first-hand, evidence-backed field test of agent payments over Bitcoin Lightning — not a summary of docs, not a rewrite of anyone's launch post.

Wavelength (by Lightning Labs, opened to everyone in late October 2026) lets an AI agent pay and charge over Bitcoin mainnet using L402. It is new, still alpha, and almost nobody has published a real end-to-end run with numbers. That is what this bounty buys, in three milestones. This is Milestone 1: show us you are set up and have a real plan. Later milestones pay for the finished report (0.002 ETH) and a 14-day retention check (0.001 ETH), and are reserved for the contributor selected here.

To claim this milestone, start your claim with the line Ref: KB-2410-08 and include:

1. Proof you have a working Wavelength account (screenshots are fine; redact anything sensitive).
2. Your test plan: what your agent will actually pay for or test, the steps you will run, and the evidence you will capture (amounts in sats, service fee, routing fee, timing, errors or limits you hit).
3. Your publishing channels: at least 2 existing public channels where the final report will appear, with links and evidence of a real audience (posting history, followers, engagement). At least one channel must have a real audience. Brand-new or zero-history accounts do not qualify.
4. Confirmation that you can publish the finished report within 7 days of being selected, keep the pages live for at least 14 days, and put Ref: KB-2410-08 as the first line of every published page.

Selection: claims stay open for 5 days. We review all claims manually after the window closes and pick the strongest plan with the strongest channels. This is not first-come-first-served — an early claim has no advantage. Only the selected contributor can claim Milestones 2 and 3.

Facts your final report will need to get right (checked against public sources): Wavelength runs on Bitcoin mainnet; service fees are 0.25% on each side plus routing fees; per-account cap is 300,000 sats; it is alpha and BTC-only for now, with stablecoins (Taproot Assets) announced as coming. Your report should also compare the experience with x402-style pay-per-call (USDC on Base): steps, total cost, speed, and where each one got stuck.

Fabricated runs, copied text, or AI-generated "experiences" without real account evidence will not be accepted at any milestone.
