The ZABAL Gamez open pot. Ship a real build during July open build month and you split this pot with everyone else who shows up.

ZABAL Gamez is The ZAO's 3-month Build-A-Thon - June workshops, July open build month, August Finals. Free to join. Anyone welcome. Three tracks - artist, builder, creator. The 100+ member ZAO community is your real audience.

August has a curated prize - a few builders get picked to carry it forward. This is the other side of that: an open pot for everyone who actually built in July, picked or not. You showed up, you shipped, you get a slice. Anyone can throw a dollar or two on top of the pot all month - the more the community backs it, the bigger every builder's cut.

THE BAR (do all of these and you are in the split)

1. Build something real for ZABAL Gamez during July open build month - a shipped artifact in any of the three tracks. Artist: a finished piece / drop / collection. Builder: a live app, frame, mini app, repo, or working demo. Creator: a published video, show, write-up, or campaign. A promise is not a build - it has to be shippable and linkable.
2. Take a POIDH proof photo: YOU at your computer or phone with your build visibly up on the screen. This is your claim image - it confirms a real person shipped a real thing.
3. Tag @bettercallzaal on X when you post it publicly.
4. Cross-post in the /zabal channel on Farcaster so the community sees the build.
5. Submit your claim on this POIDH bounty page during July - the proof photo plus a public link to the actual build.

Clear the bar = you are in the split. There is no judging, no ranking, no "best." Everyone who genuinely shipped shares the pot equally.

WHAT COUNTS (so the floor is honest, not a loophole)

• It has to be yours - your build, your hands, your screen in the photo.
• It has to be from this build month - not something you shipped last spring and re-posted.
• It has to be linkable - a URL anyone can open: live app, repo, mint page, published post, watchable video.
• One real build per person in the split. Ship five things if you want - you are still one builder, one slice. This is participation, not volume farming.
• Effort floor, not a quality gate. We are not scoring craft here. But an empty repo, a screenshot of someone else's work, or a "coming soon" page does not clear the bar.

THE POT (how the split works)

This is an OPEN bounty. The pot is live and grows in real time - Zaal seeds it now and adds to it every week through July, and anyone in the community can stack ETH on top whenever they want. Think of it as a tip jar for everyone who builds, filled by everyone who wants to back the builders.

When July open build month closes, the whole pot is split equally across every wallet that cleared the bar. Ten builders, ten equal slices. Thirty builders, thirty. The slice size depends on how many show up and how much the community piles in - but if you built, you are in it.

This is separate from the August curated prize. The curated prize goes to the few who get picked to keep building. This pot goes to everyone who participated, picked or not - so July is never a zero for anyone who showed up.

THE REWARD

Every qualifying builder splits the pot equally in ETH on Base.

Plus: every submitter earns $ZABAL automatically via the slot 8 leaderboard on Empire Builder. This is BCZ POIDH round 4 - your score compounds across every round you have entered (R1 Hannah Ep 17, R2 Kenny Ep 19, R3 ZABAL Gamez ad, R4 this open build pot).

Want to back the builders? This is an OPEN bounty - add to the pot directly on this page anytime in July. Every dollar makes every builder's slice bigger.
